Article 31 B (1) - If an employee reasonably believes an examination may result in disciplinary action against the employee, the employee has a right to Union representation, but the employee must make their desire known to the Employer and request representation.

Article 28 I

Article 28 I - Where mutually agreeable to all employees affected, and approved by the supervisor, employees may trade shifts out of the normal rotation. The supervisor will not unreasonably withhold approval of a request to trade shifts. In those locations with shift-bid programs, the provisions of Article 28 I still apply, regardless of the terms of any local agreement.

Article 28 G

Article 28 G - When practical, an employee will be given at least 24 hours advance notice of individual shift changes. Individuals involved in a change of shifts should be notified of the reason for the change.

Article 28 D

Article 28 D - The Agency agrees that it will attempt to assign consecutive days off duty consisten with the Agency's mission.
