Article 14 A

Article 14 A - Annual leave is a right of the employee and not a privilege. Consistent with the needs of the Agency, annual leave which is requested in advance will be approved.

Article 10 D

Article 10 D - If the Agency does not respond to an employee's request for outside employment within 8 calendar days from receipt, the employee may assume there is no objection and begin the outside employment or self-employment. Volunteer activities are not considered outside employment.

Article 4 I

Article 4 I - The Union will be given the opportunity to be represented at any formal discussion between one or more management representatives and one or more bargaining unit employees concerning any grievance, personnel policy, practice, or condition of employment.

Article 4 H

Article 4 H - Any inquiry into an employee's off-duty conduct must be based on an activity which, if verified, would have a nexus to the employee's official position. Employees will not be subjectedd to harassment or frivolous inquiries.
